Sigiriya Arecanut Garden

El alojamiento tiene todo lo necesario, pero sobre todo tiene una familia que hace que te sientas como en casa. Es la primera vez que viajo sola, y estuvieron pendientes de mi todo el tiempo. Te ofrecen actividades y se encargan de reservarlo por ti. Además, con el tuktuk te acercan a todos los sitios donde necesitas, y te enseñan la vida local. El desayuno, espectacular. Todo económico. La verdad es que no podría estar mas contenta. Si vuelvo, sin duda voy a elegir Arecanut Garden.

We had an amazing stay there! The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean and breakfast was extremely delicious!! Would definitely stay again! Thanks for the good communication before arrival and during our stay!

Very clean, surrounded by trees and off the busy road. Massive breakfast that was really for two people than one, lovely family that was responsive and helpful! An way tuk tuk to the main sites but if you really want a big day you can walk, which what I did Highly recommend for solo female travellers as well, I felt safe and looked after the whole time.

We are two families from Barcelona, and we had a fantastic stay at Sigiriya Arecanut Garden. The family who runs the homestay is wonderful: a lovely couple with their two children, all incredibly friendly, helpful and always smiling. They made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived and were always happy to help with anything we needed. The accommodation is very clean and well looked after, and it also offers excellent value for money. The breakfasts were amazing: delicious and very generous, with local products, traditional Sri Lankan food such as hoppers and coconut roti, and plenty of fresh fruit. We also had dinner there one evening, and it was absolutely delicious. They prepared a wonderful traditional Sri Lankan homemade meal for us. A very authentic and welcoming experience, made even more special by this lovely family. Highly recommended if you are staying in Sigiriya!
