Porta Romana District Studio 2

Nice studio apartment. Kindly provide water and toiletries for guest. Great area for easy public transportation and felt safe.

Good location, c. 10 mins walk away from nearest Metro station. The street of the apartment has numerous nice cafes and restaurants, which is a bonus. The apartment is clean and well laid out and was nice and quiet. Kitchenette incudes basic pots pans dishes cutlery etc as well as washing up liquid etc, very useful.

In order to get through to the apartment I had to ring the bell at the main gate (somebody answered) and also at the gate of the building. At the latter nobody answered and I had to wait until somebody got out in order to get in. Not great! The sink in the bathroom is blocked and the water drained very slowly. The shower head is also very blocked and the shower itself is very small. The fridge is very noisy.

Sin problema para recoger las llaves (están en un cajetín). Hay toallas y un botecito pequeño de gel y champú. A 20 minutos a pie del Duomo.

La caldera hace ruido (está en la misma habitación que la cama), hay que apagarla por la noche. La cama principal está en alto, para subir y bajar un poco complicado y peligroso. No hay luz para subir y bajar ya que el interruptor está abajo.

La ubicación es bastante buena, a unos pocos minutos hay metro y tranvía, está bien comunicado

El suelo estaba pegajoso, en el lavabo hay 2 puertas, la interior q separa el lavamanos dl wc y la ducha no cierra porque justo en la puerta hay una lavadora. Para subir a la cama de arriba a dormir los escalones son altísimos. En ella se encuentran las toallas. Se mueve y hace ruido de crujir, a veces te mueves y crees que vas a acabar abajo. La cama de abajo estaba con las sábanas sucias. Éramos 2 personas y de cortesía nos dejaron 2 botellas de agua pequeñas, una cápsula de café, un mini bote de gel y otro de champú. El calentador de agua estaba apagado. Ojo con la comunicación porque te escriben desde un núm d teléfono y después no t lo cogen porque “no está operativo”. Hay q llamar al q t ponen aquí en booking, no t mandan las instrucciones hasta q no llamas, no desesperes cuando llegues y llama d inmediato. Os mandan un enlace para q veáis un vídeo “d instrucciones” el cual no lo veis si no lo agregáis.
