Местоположението на апартамента. Чистотата и удобствата бяха на ниво.
Имаше известни проблеми с комуникацията с домакините. Апартаментът реално няма тераса/балкон, а общо пространство пред самия апартамент.

Appartamento curato e in posizione molto strategica, comodo per muoversi in città e raggiungere i principali punti di interesse.
Comunicazione poco accogliente e piuttosto imperativa, al limite dello stolkeraggii. Il comfort del riposo è stato limitato dalla forte luminosità al mattino, dall’assenza di tende in salotto e dai rumori dei vicini percepibili anche in piena notte. Anche il pavimento risulta molto rumoroso a ogni passaggio.

Comfortable apartment with all kinds of amenities (tea kettle/coffee machine, washing machine, heating/AC, hot water, hairdryer, etc). Getting in is quite easy following the instructions, and the place feels quite secure. Location is great, steps away from the tram and a 5-minute walk to Porta Romana metro station. Lots of good restaurants and cafes around, as well as a supermarket nearby. Hosts were in contact before, during, and after the trip and shared a WhatsApp number for any issues (we did not have any). Overall, very happy with the stay and highly recommend it.
It is not a big issue, but something to keep in mind if you have heavy luggage is that the apartment is on the second floor and there is no elevator.
