A localização excelente! O banheiro também é bom. A cozinha, apesar de ser bastante pequena, atende o suficiente para um café da manhã e um lanche.

O banheiro apresentava um odor desagradável. Talvez por ser um apartamento mais antigo.

The location is definitely the biggest advantage of this apartment. The metro is just a couple of minutes away, and there are lots of cute bars, cafés and restaurants right outside the building. The neighborhood is lovely. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.

The apartment is extremely hot and stuffy. There is only one very old, dirty fan. We didn’t notice this before booking, otherwise we would have chosen a different place. Communication with the host was also disappointing. We barely received any information before check-in and had to wait until the last moment for replies. Check-in was exactly at 3:00 PM with zero flexibility, which wasn’t ideal after traveling. The biggest issue was cleanliness. I stepped on a piece of broken glass in the room and cut my foot. I informed the host, and the only response I received was “Thank you.” There was no apology, no concern, and no information about whether there was a first aid kit, antiseptic or bandages in the apartment. Another unpleasant surprise was the washing machine. It doesn’t spin the clothes at all, so we had to wring everything out by hand.
