Spacious appartment with romms on two levels

Having beach chairs and a table with chairs at the outdoor terrace would be great. Host indicated this was getting replacement during our trip.

On the plus side, the bedrooms were spacious, providing plenty of room to relax. Having two bathrooms was convenient, especially for getting ready in the mornings. The terrace in the basement by the pool was a lovely spot to unwind and enjoy the outdoors, there were two sun loungers available.

There were several aspects that detracted from our stay. The kitchen is quite small, with limited preparation space, making cooking somewhat tricky. The sofa in the living area is very stained and would definitely benefit from a professional clean. The terrace off the living area currently faces directly into a building site, and both terraces require attention, cleaning, and maintenance due to peeling paint. Only the upstairs bedroom has a wardrobe; the other two bedrooms lack wardrobes, and one is completely bare except for two single beds. Towels supplied were clean but well worn and we had to request further supplies. There were a couple of very windy nights and unfortunately it got noisy in the main bedroom as the patio doors face the seafront we had to get up in the night and move downstairs to the basement bedrooms. The shower in the basement has a curtain that is at least six inches too short, causing the bathroom to flood as the shower points directly at the curtain. While the living area was fine for just the two of us, I struggle to see how it would comfortably accommodate six guests.
