This two-story oceanfront penthouse apartment is undoubtedly the best location El Cotillo has to offer. Location, location, location! Two large terraces with stunning views, sheltered from the wind and sunny all day long.
A unique location in El Cotillo with views of the sea, the enchanting coastal landscape, and the historic Castillo del Cotillo. The property is spread over 2 floors, each with its own bathroom and terrace (south-facing). On the lower floor there are 2 bedrooms (Bedroom 1: double bed; Bedroom 2: two single beds), a bathroom with a bidet, a kitchen, and a living room with a dining area and a large terrace. On the top floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a shower, and two terraces. The main terrace features a dining area for 6 people, lounge chairs, and a parasol.
The furniture is high-quality and made of dark wood. Marble floors throughout the house.

We have watched these places being built over the years so pretty much knew what we were getting. We were not disappointed. We stayed as a couple in an apartment which should sleep six. It may be a bit cosy for six however the size of the sun terraces and the fact that most of your holiday will be spent outside should not put you off.Inside was very clean however do be aware that the water running through the toilet can be quite dark and also the dry, barren landscape coupled with the winds means that dust may be unavoidable.We are frequent visitors to El Cotillo and this apartment was everything we hoped and allowed us to thoroughly enjoy another stay.Loved it!!
