It was perfect

We really liked the house decor, and Monica was very welcoming in sharing lots of recommendations for places to visit. She also prepared breakfast for us, which we really appreciated.

Perhaps it was simply a mismatch in expectations. We initially thought we had booked a hotel, but it turned out to be more like a shared guesthouse, with other people living in the same space. As a result, we had to be very quiet and even close the doors carefully because Monica explained that the doors were very old. There were quite a lot of house rules, which made us feel bit restricted. The room also had no air conditioning, so we had to rely on a fan and keep the window open at night. Other than these points, everything was good :)

Lovely little hotel in the middle of the village, very close to restaurants and waterfront. Room was very well equipped and clean. Monica the owner was welcoming and considerate. Fresh croissants for breakfast every morning and Monica even left us a box of PG tips in the room. Fabulous way to start the day, thank you

What a gem of a hotel in the heart of El Cotillo. The host Monica was so friendly and attentive even providing bottled water AND fresh fruit/croissants for breakfast. The feel and decor of the hotel was wonderful....and the roof terrace with hot tub was a wonderful bonus. Will definitely visit again.
