Great holiday apartment in Marfolin building Cotillo, beachfront in Playa del Aguila, with fantastics views from all its rooms and direct access to the beach. Perfect to enjoy with friends, families with children or couples.

It has 2 rooms with large windows to the beach. 2 extra beds, a bathroom and capacity for 6 people.
It has a private terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers ideal for breakfast or watching the sunset from there.
In addition to a great common pool area and solarium, with large adult pool and children's pool all in an open area front to the beach.
Fully fitted and equipped kitchen, with oven, hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and crockery
Living-dining room integrated with sofas, smart TV of 40 ", Wifi and Netflix available.
A few steps from there you will find supermarket, shops, bars, restaurants and if you like sport many options for surfing, kite, windsurfing, rent bicycles or sign up for endless excursions.
Its fabulous location on the beach makes it perfect to relax and enjoy an incredible holidays. Very nice apartment overlooking beach, the apartment was very clean and exactly as described, the kitchen was adequate equipment and also beach towels provided which was great. The host was very accommodating and polite , easy to get in touch with and also quick to reply. Would definitely stay hear again

Really great apartment just 5mins from the centre of El Cotillo and next to the beach. Offering amazing views of the beach from the bedrooms.
Vanessa was incredibly helpful. The apartment was clean with all the facilities you need. You have a number of nice cafes/bars next to the apartment.
El Cotillo has great beaches, something for everyone - if you like snorkelling, swimming in the lagoons or surfing. The beaches were spotless and never crowded.
We would certainly recommend this apartment and El Cotillo it has been a fabulous two week holiday.
