Everything ! The apartment is huge with 3 big bedrooms each with their own bathroom . And the enormous balcony is absolutely fantastic with fabulous views along the coast. The beds are comfortable and kitchen has all you might need. The supermarket is just 3mins walk and the bakery similar . El Cotillo harbour and restaurants are 5minutes away and it’s just 15mins walk to La Concha beach.
We’ve stayed in lots of apartments over the years and the family voted this the best of the lot.

The apartment description was very accurance and the location top notch.
Just a minor item but some of the shading material is missing from the pergola on the main terrace.

Große Fläche, große Anzahl an Räumen. Gut geeignet für Gruppen ab 4 Personen. Sehr gut möbliert, große Anzahl an verschiedenen Sitzgelegenheiten. Sehr guter Wasserdruck. Die Beste Ausblick in El Cotillo mit direkten Blick aufs Meer und Sonnenuntergang!

Top Lage, herausragende Aussicht, genügend Küchenutensilien, top Matratzen und Kissen. Sehr geschmackvolles Interieur. Grill von Weber. Zugang zu tollem Pool.
Kein ordentlicher Wäschetrockner, keine Wäscheklammern (jetzt schon, haben welche gekauft) die Beleuchtung in der Küche war defekt, die Kabel der Nachttischlampen waren geflickt, gehören aber ausgetauscht.
