The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. We were notified that our room was available earlier than the official time. We couldn’t find a chopping board in the kitchen and a new one was delivered straight away. we also had a problem with the toaster tripping the power but again this was rectified promptly with a brand new one. The rooms were well designed and decorated very nicely. Good activities with a Fuseball table and a table tennis table. I also liked the provision of a filtered water machine so we could get drinking water easily. Would definitely stay here again, good proximity to the beach and local shops and restaurants . There is building work going on in the area but it didn’t impact us very much at all. The rooms were kept very clean, and fresh towels as needed. very helpful cleaners who were very friendly and helpful. Everywhere including the pool kept very clean. Good secure entry with key cards. We had a lovely holiday.

I think the pool should be open earlier and stay open longer.

The location is perfect 2 minute walk from lovely restaurants.

We have stayed at the property 3 times in 6 months and emailed requesting the same apartment which was acknowledged by the hotel and they said they would try to accommodate our request. We did not get the same apartment and we’re told by the hotel receptionist Antonio that the apartments were fully booked and that we could not be moved…….despite nobody using the apartments the whole time we stayed there. Also we only had 1 towel change and no room cleaning in the 6 days that we stayed despite the fact it states on the info given that towels are changed and rooms cleaned every other day. Standards have definitely slipped since we first stayed in September.
