Tolles Ambiente, schöne Einrichtung, angenehme Betten, neu gemachtes Bad mit Regendusche. Direkt am Meer mit Bick in den Sonnenuntergang von Wohnzimmer und Dachterasse

Wasserdruck ein bisschen schwach, vor allem in der Küche (Abwasch war immer sehr aufwändig), eine Abtrennungsmöglichkeit auf der Dachterasse zum "under construction"-Bereich wäre super, auch als Sichtschutz zu anderen Häusern...

Hot water runs cold after a short time. Bathroom door needs shaving to open and close properly. Microwave sounds like a whale

Location and views were amazing, waking up to the sound of waves and sitting in the apartment watching the sunset was fantastic. Pablo the host was very good we had a problem with the cleanliness of bedding and he replaced everything promptly with brand new items.

The property internally was very tired and tatty with paint and plaster peeling off the walls and ceilings, junk piled up at top of stairs, sofa covers and throw were dirty, chairs were stained, BBQ just a rusty heap, bathroom door would not shut, exposed wires and broken socket and light switches were black and dirty so we had to spend time cleaning before we were comfortable to stay. Such a shame as with a little care and minor renovation / redecoration / washing loose sofa covers and throws etc the apartment would be stunning.

Self check-in, great view on the sea (+ terrace on a rooftop), quiet area, well equipped kitchen (including some cooking basics, such as salt, pepper, tea, coffee, olive oil), parking spot for the car next to the building

The apartment is quite old and some renovation would definitely help, some new furniture would help as well. It is hard to close the door to the bathroom due to swollen doors, there was some moisture in the bathroom.
