Casa Cotillo 13 is a modern house, ideal for families or groups of friends where you will breathe tranquility. Located in a privileged area, less than 100m from the beautiful Los Lagos Beach with crystal clear waters and white sand. Located less than 50 meters from supermarket areas, restaurants and cocktail areas where you can enjoy the sun. The house is distributed over several floors, finding us on the main floor with a living room (where there is a sofa bed), dining room and kitchen. There is also a laundry patio. The master bedroom, which is located on the upper floor with an XXL bed, has a terrace where you can enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets and famous throughout Fuerteventura. There is a full bathroom with a hairdryer on this floor and a wall-to-wall closet. On the lower floor, you will find a full bathroom with a very large spa-like shower and 2 bedrooms. One room has a double bed and a single bed, as well as an area to hang clothes. Another of them has a work area with High Speed Internet, a single bed and a closet. On this floor you can also enjoy a chill-out area in the patio. There is the possibility of parking on the street and the house is well connected to the bus station that will take you to other parts of the island of Fuerteventura.
