The apartment is extremely good located as El Cotillo was our favorite village. The beaches close by are also very nice.
The apartment has all the amenities you need and was very clean. Most of stuff was quite new when we were there. You can watch the ocean from the balcony. Has dishwasher and washing machine. Keys were collected from a key box so we never met anyone in person (this was fine for us).
The balcony is more on the west side and a little covered. In winter, you get no sun on the balcony until very late afternoon. So having breakfast in the sun or sun chilling at the balcony won't be an option. In Jan it is chilled weather so without sun, sitting outside is cold and not so comfortable. Though you can always go to the inner yard and chill on common sun loungers but not on the balcony.

We loved the layout and quality fixture and fittings. Well equipped for a longer stay. Great location with easy walk into the town or to a great number of beaches. Plenty of parking and easy access to the property. The host was very helpful and the little video of how to find the room was really helpful. Host is great at communicating so got quick answers to any questions. We had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Plenty of good restaurants close by as well as in the town.
