The apartment is clean, beautiful and there are great views from the balcony. The check-in and check-out process is easy (lockbox).

Had to pay a 42 eur security deposit which was paid back 1 MONTH after my stay and probably would not have been paid back at all, if I had not specifically asked for it (two times). This could be a problem for people, who have tight finances.

Немає вільної парковки, але можна за паркуватися за окрему оплату всередині двору!

Komplikovaný ubytovací proces. Parkovanie bolo uvedené ako Bezplatné parkovisko. Nie je to však pravda. Personál bol milý, komukácia promptná. Celú noc búchalo niečo na streche, spánok nebol možný.

The apartment is in a residential, quiet neighbourhood, away from crowds. There's a little park nearby, a great coffee shop, Albert supermarket, pharmacy and close tram / bus stops. Big sunny terrace.

1) There is no Wi-Fi! My bad, I didn't double check before booking, but I haven't come across a rental without wi-fi in YEARS. It's absolutely shocking in this day and age not to have wifi! 2) I was disappointed that the location didn't match at all the "map" location on Booking.com. 3) I searched the apartment with a filter on for "parking included". But after booking, I discovered there is an extra fee for private parking, which I paid. Accessing the car park at our agreed check-in time (11pm) was not easy because host didn't immediately answer the WhatsApp message. 4) The apartment is tiny; there are 2 double beds which are both sofa beds and when opened they are basically attached to each other, without space to move, the mattress is uncomfortable. 5) not very clean, hair on the floor etc. 6) curtains half broken and not black out. 7) we were asked to pay a 42 euros deposit before check-in which was only refunded 7 days after check-out (and only after chasing host multiple times)
