**Guest Access & Arrival Instructions**
You will have **full, private access** to your entire second-floor studio apartment.
* **Check-in:** Enjoy easy, self check-in with a **smart lock**. Your unique entry code for the building's main door and your private studio door will be sent to you prior to arrival.
* **The Space:** Your private studio is located on the second floor and is accessed via the common staircase. The unit is entirely yours during your stay, including the kitchenette and bathroom.
* **Parking:** **Free street parking** is available. Please observe any posted street signs.
* **The Building:** Please be mindful that the friendly long-term tenants on the first floor have a family with children. The common entryway and staircase are shared.
Cozy, renovated studio in a character home. This second-floor unit features two twin beds, a kitchen, and a bathroom. It's perfectly located close to many restaurants. While the interior is updated yet kept few orignal designed, the building's original exterior charm remains. Street parking is available. Please note, a family with children resides in the main floor unit.

**Stairs Only – No Elevator**
This unit is located on the **second floor**, and **requires climbing stairs**. Please consider this before booking.
**Community Respect**
This is a **mixed, diverse community** with long-term tenants. Please be **respectful, humble, and quiet** at all times.
**Noise Policy**
* **No loud music at any time**
* **Quiet hours: 7:00 PM – 8:00 AM**
* **No parties or events**
**Smoking & Vaping**
**Strictly no smoking or vaping** inside the unit or in any shared areas.
**Pets Allowed (with Fee)**
We allow pets with a **\$125 fee per pet**. Pets must be registered in advance, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after them.
