NY Style Centric Loft with King Bed by Park av

The only thing good about this property is the layout of the apartment.

Dishes still had left over food on it and I had to buy my own to use.There was a piece of hair in the refrigerator, and the freezer was completely cluttered with ice stuck to it and a half a bag left. The sponge was all ripped up and still left on the sink. The bathroom had no toilet paper or roller to put the bought toilet paper on. The curtain rod for the shower was hanging on by a thread quite literally. You could tell they really didn’t wash the sheets and covers. The tv remote in the bedroom barely worked and you had to use the same one for the living room. The pillows were horrible a long with the bed. They had left over stuff in all of the tv dressers and closets so it look like we were staying in someone’s home that just left for the time we were there. The WiFi was horrible so you couldn’t use it but your service wouldn’t work either even when you have 4 bars because your in a place with WiFi. There was open left over sugar and coffee creamer in the cabinet. The dish holder for drying had dirt and food pieces all in the bottom of it. The dish ware was still attached to a cardboard with zip ties. They didn’t have a towel rack that was supposed to be there. The loft is right there by the parking lot so you can’t open the blinds to get light or else people will see you in the kitchen and the living room . You can hear and see people leave and enter the building from the bedroom and the same thing from the blinds there’s no privacy. The location isn’t the best either and you can hear the highway since it’s right behind the building and you pretty much hear the upstairs neighbors all night and it almost sounds like knocking. I just feel like having all this going on and thinking it’s okay to have this be someone’s vacation spot is just selfish and in no way worth 400 a hotel would’ve treated us better thanks for a waste

The property was very nice, veru clean, good value, had nice tvs and they kindly upgraded me and let me check in early to meet my needs.

The corridor and building smelt like weed, and the walls are thin, as I could easily hear what a couple of flats were up to late into the night...

Loved the open space and the huge shower! King size bed was comfortable. Thankfully no pests nor issues with parking. A very convenient location to where my sister lives thankfully.

The pictures on the website looked better than the actual place itself, but it was livable. Called for more pillows and blankets the first day, but never received it. No throw pillows on the couch like on the website. There were holes in the couch protector. The couch was way too low to sit on. There were stains on sheets in the bed. We were expecting actual twin size mattresses in a bedroom but it was actually an air mattress and memory foam to sleep on. (Thankfully we brought our own air mattress for back up). There was waaayyyy too much noise most nights from the people upstairs. Folks yelling, screaming and moaning. Woke me out of my sleep several times and triggered my anxiety. Had to contact property managers several times because of this issue. Cobwebs/dust in the corners of the bedroom. We had to replace the batteries in the TV remote in bedroom. No extra toilet paper or trash bags were provided, so we bought our own. Not enough pots and pans, so we bought that too. Coffee was too old. Towel and toilet paper holders were unfortunately broken in the restroom and there was no place to place my soap in the shower except on the floor. Quite alot of issues. Far from the best but not the worst.
