I liked the convenience of the location. Very chill atmosphere. I loved the adaptive reused building and aspects.
I didn’t like rules that were imposed that clearly were being broken by everyone else in that either rents or short stays there. I don’t mind it, but I feel it shouldn’t be a rule if it isn’t to be followed by everyone. For example, the no parties rule. I do not mind a party ( I’m from NYC and noise doesn’t bother me) but because its a rule that noone else followed, I think it should be removed. Also the listing needs to specify that it’s 3 BEDS available not 3 BEDROOMS.
