The property was secure and inside hallway was clean. The gentleman that met us to let us into the building was nice. The loft was nice, spacious and had the necessities. The bed and furniture in LR was comfortable.

Didn’t really like location of the property and although inside of loft was clean for most part it was missing necessary fixtures in bathroom. Also had limited utensils and no extra trash bags for us to replace when we took trash out. Both bathroom and bedroom vents were completely filthy. Lastly TV was nice but remote was broken on volume button and we texted via both cell numbers provided and in the booking app to get a new one because TV volume was stuck on 40 which was very loud and could not watch TV during quite time of 10pm to 8am. We even purchased new batteries for the remote to see if that would fix the issue and it did not. I even looked on TV to find volume to adjust and could not use the menu easily. The final text from someone to us was at 9:20 stating they would bring over another remote in 45 minutes but I told them not to bother because we had been out in sun all day and were tired so we went to bed early.

Great communication from the owners. It was clean and the mattress was comfortable.

The area doesn’t seem super safe. I wouldn’t feel comfortable walking around the neighborhood alone. For the price I expected more from the apartment. A few upgrades, additions and some basic maintenance would go a long way. The light in the shower part of the bathroom was burned out. There were only 2 bath towels and one was very thin and scratchy. There were no hand towels or kitchen towels. It would be nice to have some sort of shelving in the shower to hold toiletries. The toilet paper holder was broken. The door of the closet in the bedroom was off the track making it difficult to open and close. The king bed only had a sheet and blanket, no quilt or comforter. There was only 1 remote for both televisions. We were also unlucky to have noisy neighbors. There was loud talking and kids screaming/crying past 11 PM.
