You'll have access to the whole apartment. The building has 6 apartments in total with quiet and respectful neighbors. Please abide by our quiet hours of 10pm-8am so that everyone may enjoy their stay

Historic, scenic, peaceful. The quaint Corn Hill Neighborhood is nestled away in a quiet corner of Rochester. Close to bars, restaurants, coffee shops and great walking. Many old brick homes have been beautifully converted and some remain as elegant, single-family homes. Cornhill is Rochester's oldest neighborhood

2 flights of stairs required, apartment is located in the 3rd floor penthouse, Parking is assigned and guests MUST park in assigned spot. No Smoking, No parties, No events. Quiet hours 10pm-8am, pets additional,
