Newly refurbished elegant and cozy one bedroom apartment in classic 1910 Brick Tudor home on a lovely tree-lined street. Walkable to the George Eastman House, museums and galleries, and the many restaurants, shops and bars on nearby Park Avenue. Off street parking for your vehicle.
