A 2 minute walk down beautiful tree lined streets to Park Ave where you’ll find cafés, bars, restaurants and shops. Updated bathroom rounds the apartment out. Window AC is very sufficient to cool during summer. This is a 2nd floor apartment in a house with other apartments. No local guests, property is available to international traveler’s and out of town guests.

Enter through a common entry way front door. Apartment is located on second floor- very easy to find- follow directions

This property is located in the prestigious Park Avenue neighborhood. It’s a short walk to many local coffee shops, bars, restaurants, museums, parks and many more. Great walking neighborhood too!

Free parking in parking lot rear of house. Additional free alternate night street parking. Parking is first come first serve
