Someone loved the house so much they leased it for a year. This long-term tenant will be leaving to Europe, so the house is now available. The terrace has been expanded to over 1,000 sq feet, largest in the community!

This modern, California-style, hillside villa is located in the newly developed Punta Arena. This private 24/7 guarded community is conveniently situated on the Cabo San Lucas 'Tourist Corridor' within a couple of miles of downtown Cabo San Lucas.

The space
Plenty of space to enjoy the ocean and El Arco (arch/rock formation) views and freshair with the largest terrace in the community. The house is located in a quiet cul-a-sac for added privacy.

In addition, it is merely a few steps away from the community pool. The house had plenty of space to relax. The Dinning Room, Living Room and Kitchen are all located upstairs where you can take advantage of the view.

Bedrooms are located downstairs, King Bed and convertible lounger in Master bedroom, King Bed in second Bedroom and two twin beds in the third bedroom. There is an additional patio downstairs, and a garden/side yard.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire house. Also I provide beach chairs and an ice chest FREE of charge.
