Wake up to looking out at Lands' End/Los Cabos Arch in this newly remodeled Penthouse condominium, located on the Cabo Corridor three miles from downtown Cabo San Lucas. Guests will feel right at home in this two- bedroom, two-bathroom 1,749sq foot condominium that overlooks the Sea of Cortez with a view from every room of the Cabo San Lucas Harbor, city lights at night and arch at lands' end. This gorgeous and peaceful condominium also offers amenities like (3) mini-split AC (each room has their own mini-split), WiFi, TV, BBQ and a washer/dryer and outdoor fireplace.
Sitting on the open-air balcony fall in love with watching the whales playing, cruise ships arriving and departing. It has the best view in all of Cabo during fishing tournament season. The balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise and the surfers at Monuments beach or at night you can enjoy a glass of wine with the fireplace lite and watch the sunset or enjoy dinner at the (6) sitting dining table outside. If you don't want to have dinner outside you enjoy your meal at the dining room table inside that still has a beautiful view of the Sea Cortez and The Arch's at Lands' End.
Monuments surfing beach is right in front of the property. Or you can go to our private beach and go swimming and snorkeling WITHOUT SOLICITORS.
You'll find everything you need for cooking, along with filtered water so there's no need to buy bottled water. And you can also order in from a range of Cabo's best restaurants, if you wish not to cook while you're on vacation.

For dinner you can walk over to the world-renowned restaurant Sunset Mona Lisa, is located directly in front of the Misiones towers. If you just want drinks and a pizza or light dinner with some live jazz music, you can go to Jazz on the Rocks above Sunset de Mona Lisa. You can also walk over to the Manta at The Cape Hotel. At the top of the street is Puerta Vieja.
Right before you arrive at Misiones del Cabo there is an upscale grocery store called Fresko with great selection of imported and specialty foods, fresh bakery, coffee, along with a great variety of wines and liquor.
Costco, Walmart, and other shopping are only a few minutes away.

Lovely place, good location, spectacular view! Saw whales from the balcony, serenaded by music from restaurants nearby and from the pool area below the room. There were even fireworks a couple of nights. Beach nearby is not a swimming beach but we loved driving to Santa Maria beach about 10 minutes away.

This is an amazing place to stay. The condo is roomy with all the appliances, utensils and furniture we needed. Then there is the balcony and the view. This is the life. The Jazz restaurant supplies the music every night. The View of the Arch and the mountains and the city are breath taking. One night there was even a fireworks show! The resort provides pools and a restaurant bar. Many great restaurants in walking distance. A complete dream vacation.

It was a great location! The 8th floor balcony was our gathering place. Easy access to town via Uber. Lori answered all questions and was very helpful.
