Our gracious host Mauricio was there to meet us upon arrival. He provided us with a tour of our unit and informed us of all the essentials to make our stay pleasant. Mauricio was available at all times to answer questions about tour recommendations and to resolve any issues we had. Our unit exceeds our expectations as it had all the essentials one likes to have when renting a place. It was clean, beautifully decorated, comfy beds, in room laundry unit, and a balcony overlooking the pool. The property is in a great location just a few blocks from Medano beach, restaurants, and shops. We enjoyed many of the amenities such as the pool, gym, indoor parking and 24hr. front desk security. The staff were all friendly, personable and professional.

Our only hiccup with our stay was that we found it to be very noisy and loud at night. Now, to be fair the building is located a block down the street from the main avenue where you can hear the traffic noise. It is also adjacent to a bar and a restaurant that play loud music well into the night. Our first two nights we found it difficult to get some sleep; after the second night I guess we just got used to it. However, my husband found it helpful to wear ear plugs.

The location is perfect. Walking distance to Medano Beach, Walmart or Chedraui for groceries, and the marina. Tons of restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. We enjoyed the pool, fire tables, and gym. The common areas were very clean and well- maintained. Our unit was comfortable and clean. A few things need to be updated like the dining chairs and the cookware, but the kitchen had everything we needed. The washer was nice to have. Beds were comfy for us, and there was plenty of storage for our clothing. If we are back in Cabo, we will book here again. **Turn right when walkIng out of the building and take the first right down the alley to find the cutest coffee shop with a great breakfast place right next to it.

It was loud, as mentioned in other reviews. I brought along travel noise machines, and we slept well. Some little touches would have made everything perfect - hooks for towels and swimsuits, bedside lamps, and a few more towels, especially hand towels and washcloths.
