Excellent choice for a short stay close to Rye. Given obvious restrictions, the space had been used ingeniously. Stu was very hospitable and helpful.
Generally clean, but a few areas could have done with a little more attention (e.g. portable induction hob and corners in the bathroom).

Very clean Quiet and lovely area and surroundings
The neighbours were a bit funny - blocked our car in with us in it lol Needed an armchair even a garden recliner would have done

Everything. It was so cosy that we decided to stay and BBQ food instead of going out. The facilities were good, everything thought about. The owner, Stu, was amazing!
