Such a great and inspiring place to spend time relaxing and enjoying the surroundings country side and Rye is a wonderful unspoiled town. The Kings head pub which is less than 10 minutes drive from the holiday cottage is a nice place to eat and drink. Hastings, Folkestone, have thrived since a lot of gentrification work. Camberwell Sands is very expensive to visit and parking costs £30 if you can, give it a miss, where as Winchelsea is lovely.

The hosts were very warm and welcoming, and ensured that we had everything we needed upon arrival. The cottage itself was extremely clean with everything that we needed in it, and we had a lovely fenced off outside space (perfect for the dog). We had a great time popping into Rye as well (easily accessible from the cottage) to walk around and explore.

Everything! The cottage was well appointed, beautifully clean and maintained, the location was idyllic and the hosts genuinely welcoming and helpful.

The property was very clean and comfortable with everything you needed. Out in the middle of the country side it was quiet and peaceful with lots of wildlife around. The gardens around the property were beautifully maintained and the roses smelt amazing.
There was one small door to the back garden which does have a sign on it saying mind your head but me being me always forgot it was there.
