We highly recommend this accomodation! Sue, the host, gave us an incredibly friendly welcome and great tips. The thoughtfully put-together welcome package with delicious treats was a fantastic surprise. The apartment is ideally situated, quiet, yet the center of Rye is just a short walk away. The accommodation is spacious, spotlessly clean, and offers top-notch comfort with everything you need. Having an accessible parking space right at the property made our stay complete. We felt at home from the very first minute and will definitely be back.

Really good location to look around the town. Biscuits, bread and milk provided for our comfort
This is not a dog friendly property, no garden facilities so you’ll have to take your dog up the steep steps onto the main road to take them for a wee. Awkward late at night. This is not wheelchair friendly, you must walk down approx 10 very steep stairs to the front of the property. Bed had two uncomfortable mattresses one on top of the other. Not comfy.
