Lovely little cottage, with its own parking space, set back on private grounds with owners next door, who were on hand if there were any issues (which there weren’t), really friendly, helpful and left us in privacy which we appreciated. The cottage had fabulous heating and was very warm and cozy. Anyone with dogs would also find this cottage a perfect place to stay.
It was a short drive into Rye which was absolutely fine - we didn’t feel it was a short walking distance away - unless there was a walking route of which we were unaware. It had absolutely everything we needed. It would have been nice to have had a little drop of milk in the fridge to have had with a tea/coffee when we arrived, but that’s such a small thing when everything was so perfect.

Gorgeous little cottage just outside the town centre! Perfect for a get away with my partner and our little dog. It was so clean, cosy, and comfy! We’d definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone. The price was fantastic too!

The stairs were very steep and a slip hazard . bathroom very dated with a raised lip on the doorway floor.
