cosy and clean, good value for money and clear instructions from the host to make my stay easy

no hand towels in bathroom or bathroom bin, but that's only a minor issue

Landlord was great had issue with plumbing plumber was sent as soon as he was notified and fixed and cleaned up very clean property multiple air fresheners ect

Inexpensive Good TV with all the apps Large kitchen bin Large fridge and washing machine Lots of cleaning products CCTV for public areas. Very secure with keysafe box. Good communication from host

Grim courtyard (see photo) 2 flights of steep, shallow stairs (tough if you have a lot of luggage - which I did) The vertical blinds need replacing (could not open one set due to broken chain. Some missing on other set) Floors very cracked and harbouring dirt Bed very low Fridge crisper drawer dirty Beyond the good ‘surface clean’ there were areas of neglect such as window sills, skirting boards, insides of some cupboards and furniture. Wardrobe half full with black sack full of used linen and bedding No tea towel or kitchen towel Poorly equipped kitchen. No toaster. Could only see pasta bowls and cereal bowls. One wine glass. All the indicator labels on the hob switches have worn off Shower door came away when opened. Bath sheets but no hand towels Very noisy from club / bar music and crowds until 4am!! Urged to give 5 star review in exchange for a review of me as a paying customer!
