This Stay & Play Villa is in the heart of the Sea Trail Golf Resort just outside of Myrtle Beach, aka Golf City!
Getting a golf package is much easier than finding the right location to stay, after you play, is more important. The trick is to use the golf site's service to determine the level of play you need or want while using the vacation rental sites to help you find the place to stay that has everything you need.
This Clubhouse Villa offers vaulted ceilings, comfortable furnishings, and an open layout with modern updated appliances. You can easily settle into the coastal conversational seating while you stream your TV show, or game of choice. When you aren't dining out, the fully equipped kitchen presents stainless appliances and ample meal prep space. On the main level, you'll have a choice between a mini-suite with a private bath, personal TV, a small kitchen, a separate screened porch, and a pull-out twin loveseat seating area. The bath is separated into a sink vanity and a tub/shower room.
The other sleeping choices in the villa include either an upstairs loft with 2 queen beds and a private bath, or a bedroom off the main living room with vaulted ceilings and a single queen bed. It also has a personal TV, a separate door to the main porch/sunroom, and a large closet directly connecting you to the remodeled bath with a walk-in shower and large vanity.
All the rooms are just as lovely to sleep in, with soft linens, new queen beds, central air, and a private washer/dryer room. What sets us apart from next door is the covered patio hidden away just a few steps below the main porch. This simple space lets you informally hang out to chat, practice your putting, pitch some corn hole, or play some competitive darts if the day plays on the links was just not enough.
Things to Know: The host provides 140 channels on Ultimate DirectTV service to stream all the Games on smart TVs. Guests can also log into their own Netflix, TV Anywhere, Prime, via the TV apps during their stay Bluetooth-linked Stereo to stream Apple, Google, or Spotify music.
House Rules include no pets, no unregistered guest parties, and no smoking is allowed at this vacation rental. You must be 30 years or older to rent this property.
Security camera details: Front door ring camera & patio garage door.
Parking: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles in front of the Villa & garage door.
Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay

We are extremely pleased with our recent stay at this villa and would definitely return! The owner was there when we arrived just to make sure we were able to get in okay and thank goodness he was there because we were never sent the code! He was able to get that fixed for us right away. We were also so incredibly thankful this house had warm lighting!! No LED lights. This made the house so much more comfortable. I'll also note that there was a ring doorbell which we were fine with but I wanted to add that to my review in case that makes anyone uncomfortable. The location was just a few minutes away from the beach, and a few minutes away from a grocery store. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of utensils and cooking equipment and even a water filter in the refrigerator. We found the only thing possibly lacking was bathroom rugs since the floor gets really slippery getting out of the shower. One more thing I'll add that was disappointing yet won't influence a 5 star rating was that the activity center and golf course were under maintenance which meant no pool. I think that we should have been informed about this before our stay since it was included in the amenities however, we had wonderful beach weather so we weren't in want of a pool too badly.

The perfect vacation villa for a family or friend group. The amenities are endless. The house is in a great location & is close to the beach.

The condo is in a great location within the Sea Trails resort with a golf course and pond veiw out the front window. The lock out apartment is a great plan with its own separate entrance, simple kitchen and screened porch. All spaces are beautifully open when renting the entire condo. The front large screened porch is inviting and best used during the less humid and cooler seasons. We loved the festive ceiling lights of the screened porch. The only thought for sharing with the owners is more comfortable living area seating. Compliments to the owner/s.

We stayed for a week and really enjoyed the Villa. Our family met up with us and stayed here to. They were very impressed with everything also. Cooking in the kitchen was enjoyable and convenient with all the amenities. It was quiet at night and the beds were very cozy and comfortable. We will definitely be returning in the future.
