About this house rental
Upgraded home with indoor and outdoor living space for your beach time fun! We try and ensure all amenities to help your stay be full of family fun and memories! Great location and loads of extra’s!!! We have always strived to help a vacation be a vacation.
We are trying out having a fur family member be allowed to visit. You must select pet option during booking process. We love this area and we have a large family, so we needed a few locations to house us all! We try and make sure we provide a location for your family and friends to enjoy! Our home is stocked like a home not a rental with many amenities. Great location to pier and less than 5 min to being on the beach!

This was a beautiful property walking distance to the beach. Kitchen is well stocked, rooms were terrific and host was extremely responsive and fantastic to work with! We loved our stay:)

Great property close to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked and labeled. The beach supplies were great. Plenty of chairs and wagon was a huge help. Definitely would recommend this place to others.

Tee Time was perfect! We had the best week at Sunset! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need so we cooked every meal and actually cancelled our reservations to restaurants. We loved having multiple places outside to gather to enjoy the ocean breeze. We will be staying at Tee Time again for sure!

best house we’ve rented at sunset beach (have rented 5 different houses). everything written about the house is accurate - very clean, well stocked, good seating areas inside and outside. it’s obvious the owners truly care about their renters’ comfort.
