This light-filled 4 bedroom/4 bathroom house is approximately a one-minute walk to the beach access on 12th Street. Dunecrest sleeps 11 people on two levels. Three bedrooms have a private bath, the remaining bedroom has direct access to the bathroom, which is also accessible to the common area. Great ocean and canal views from the crow's nest! Double enclosed outside showers with dressing area, a covered deck off the common area, and sun deck off the master add to your convenience and comfort. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the main living area. This property will be pet friendly for the 2025 rental season. A $150 non-refundable pet deposit is required, maximum two dogs allowed.
