About this house rental
We are only a 4 minute walk to the gorgeous beach. Home is all upgraded, and we have all amenities for your family & friends, so come and enjoy!! We can provide OIB references, if needed. We have outside living space for your enjoyment and gatherings. We have a few beach toys, chairs, towels and a carrier with big wheels for your beach goods. Kitchen has all required needs, along with additional outside eating dishes, serving trays and cups. Relax on the screened in lanai, and enjoy the upper deck views!! We have rented and been renters for over 30 years and dog friendly as we know they are our kids. We have tried to ensure we help visitors have a blast! 2 king Bedrooms, 1 Queen Loft and one Bunk Bed room with Full on bottom and twin on top!. All Smart TV’s for streaming and great location.

We took a last minute trip and the host could not have been more accommodating! She was in communication quickly and was very responsive to questions. House was fully stocked with everything needed for a week away from home. Very comfortable and inviting. Highly recommend.

A beautiful, clean, well-equipped home greeted us at Sunset Beach. It was so convenient to have linens and towels included. The screened front porch is also a haven to gather with comfortable furniture. This home is only 1/10 th of a mile to the beach access, you are on the sand in no time. The hosts were responsive and helpful. They were very generous with supplies for kithchen and bathroom needs. Towels were fluffy. We have been coming to SB for years and this is one of the nicest houses to rent. I highly recommend these hosts and this home.

The house is very well equipped. Everything you could need to make your stay more enjoyable is already in the house. The owners are responsive if you need anything at all. I can’t recommend this beach paradise enough
