When making a reservation, you must be 25 to rent with us. We do not rent to locals.
All guests must sign an Affordable Large Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Large Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Large Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.
All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee
Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees
Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply
Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds

Location is great and we enjoy our family time spent at Sunset Beach.

The Villa offered ample space for our group of 9. We were able to spend time together as well as some alone time when needed. We really loved the screened porch overlooking the golf course. We spent a lot of time sitting and enjoying each other in that area due to the shade from the beautiful oaks.

We absolutely loved our stay. It was so nice and was peaceful, and it was close to everything. We loved that the beach was right down the road. The house fit us all, it was comfortable and perfect for us. It was clean and you guys were so easy to get ahold of when we needed anything, we just loved it. Thank you so much for letting us stay. And we really hope we get to come again and rent from you all again.

Everything went smoothly, the only problems being that there are not enough pots and
pans to cook a meal nor there enough towels for the amount of people that can stay in the condo. Also we were traveling with 9 children and were incredibly disappointed that the out door pool was not able to be used because it was awaiting and inspection. I would of NEVER booked had this been disclosed. There was a tiny dumpy indoor pool but it closed at 6 pm and the hot tub was broken. So we were pretty disappointed with the situation.
