New homeowner as of January 2021 has taken over and completely refurbished and updated the unit inside and out giving it a new fresh start! Whether you're looking to plan a family vacation, a relaxing retreat, or a few rounds of golf with your friends, the Club Villas at Sea Trail offers ample accommodations for you and your large group. Enjoy an open floor updated floor plan with a full kitchen, dining room, and living area leading out onto a spacious screened-in porch. The entry is on the second level and accessible by stairs only. When making a reservation, you must be 25 to rent with us. We do not rent to locals.
All guests must sign an Affordable Large Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Large Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Large Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.
All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee
Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees
Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply
Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds

We had amazing time on our family vacation,all questions were answered in a timely manner. Wish there was a way to incorporate having a space to grill. I however do understand We enjoyed everything and the close proximity to everything we needed. I highly recommend this place to anyone Job well done

The beds were not queen size, they were full size. Overall the property was nice, but it could use a good deep cleaning. As other reviewers mentioned, there were some ants, but with traps inside we didn't have any problem. Our problem was outside. They ended up getting all over and inside one of the cars. The amenities aren't great. The pool gets pretty crowded and there aren't many umbrellas. A couple of the ladders were broken when we were there. There also weren't enough towels to accommodate 16 guests (there were enough for 12), so you may want to bring some of your own if you'll have 16.

This property proved to be everything it said it was. Plenty of room, fully stocked kitchen, good living area. I gave it a 3 because of the MAJOR ant problem (everything we opened had to be put in the fridge) that we had to deal with, which was really frustrating.
