All guests must sign an Affordable Large Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Large Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Large Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.
All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee
Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees
Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply
Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds

It was a little dated but over our stay was great

We were not able to enjoy the facilities because we were there for my Mom’s funeral.

Overall property was okay. Pictures of online listing of property definitely need updating as well as furniture in living room and mattresses. Each time a family member would sit in the small swivel chair they were thrown back, piece of furniture is totally warn out. I'm not sure of cleaning company but its apparent they do not pay attention to details,such as floors-we found a dried up frog in kitchen area...gross!As well as bathrooms hadn't been swept. Outside the condo was an amazing view of pond and we saw a small gator. Our family had good time
