Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply
Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds

Lots of room, clean and tidy. Kitchen was very nice as well. Only small issues were lack of extra toilet paper (just one room per bathroom with 9 people for a weekend is little weird). Very very good regardless.
