• Public beach access is nearby for swimming, sunbathing, and beachcombing
All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee
Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees
Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply
Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds

This is a GREAT place for families. There aren't a lot of knick-knack things around to lose, or break. Very clean. Lots of space and SO incredibly convenient to the pool and beach and restaurants. LOVE this place. Great deal.
