All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply

We really enjoyed the space and location—just a short drive to the beach and within walking distance to the clubhouse, which has two great restaurants. The only drawback was the lack of basic cookware in the kitchen. Fortunately, we have family in Sea Trail and were able to borrow what we needed to prepare a meal one evening. It also would have been helpful to have some dish soap available for cleaning up. If you plan to cook, be sure to bring your own pans and kitchen essentials. That aside, the home was spacious and comfortable for both adults and kids. The staff was very responsive, and overall, we had a great stay.

Easy to get to bridge for Sure nset beach and going later in morning it was not hard to find parking. Very nice beach access points every block. Food Lion, Lowes foods and Publix are all close by.
