All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee
Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees
Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply
Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds

Sea Trails was very nice spot for vacation. Convenient for golf & grocery store. Many good restaurants in neighboring towns & not too far from N Myrtle for shows & shopping. Beach access on Sunset Island is inconvenient. Limited public parking at the pier or pay cash to park. Otherwise go early to get a spot in less crowded beach areas, parking along street. Be careful you don’t have any part of vehicle in the bike lane or you will be ticketed ($50). Parking on most side streets is not allowed. The beach walk (3 hrs round trip from 40th street access) to Bird Island preserve & Kindred Spirit mailbox is something different to do. Go during low tide.
