The homeless at the train station have it better
The location was good
After checkout the accommodation charged me 3 consecutive charges of 20, 10 and 5 eur respectively. Upon checking google and booking reviews I saw that previous guests had the same problems with the host and that the charges sometimes reached hundreds of euros.
This all comes after we finished one of the most miserable stays I ever booked through Booking. I trusted that a website like this would weed out the predatory stays like this, but when we had to check in we were first met by instructions to travel across the city to check in. At the provided location we found a small garage/hallway where a guy took our IDs, walked with them into an adjacent room out of our view and stayed there for 5 or so minutes.
Given the sketchy experience of the whole stay, I prefer not to think where my personal data is going to now. Following that we were given keys to the apartment and after a 30 minute bus ride to the provided address we were met with the most abysmal room I've seen so far. First thing we noticed is that the room had light switches, which turned out to do nothing as there were no lights installed in the room. All the available lightning instead came from two pathetic looking lamps, one being completely beaten up and taped to the wall with an adhesive strip the host snatched from a medium sized pants and the other standing next to the door. Neither of those lights had a lightshade on. Upon tuning them on we were met with a disgusting sight of a completely stained couch on the right. A short visit to the shared bathroom proved that the couch definitely wasn't the dirtiest place in the apartment.
The bathroom was cold and dirty. The toilet had no toilet paper, which meant that we had to buy our own. Surprisingly there was no mold as it probably cannot grow in such low temperatures and bad hygienic conditions. To make up for it's absence the tiles were peeling and the floor was reliably dirtier than the road outside.

Limpieza, cocina en obras e inutilizable, solo una toalla pequeña, solo un rollo de papel higiénico empezado para 2 habitaciones y 3 días, no gel ni champú y el último día nos apagaron la calefacción y ya no la encendieron ni por la noche y por la mañana.

Struttura accogliente e centrale ma con piccole ma importanti mancanze.
La struttura è centrale e facile da raggiungere, le stanze sono calde e l'appartamento è accogliente.
Il luogo del check in è lontano dalla struttura. La pulizia del bagno non è ottimale (abbiamo trovato un cerotto in doccia).
Non sono presenti cestini nelle stanze, non c'è sapone per le mani in bagno e in più avrei gradito trovare un phon per asciugare i capelli. La mattina del check out (previsto alle 10), un dipendente della struttura ci ha aperto la porta della stanza senza bussare mezz'ora prima della nostra uscita.
Se assolvessero a queste mancanze e permettessero di fare il check in anche in mattinata sarebbe una buona struttura dove alloggiare con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo nella quale tornerei volentieri.

La posizione ottima! Bello l'ambiente e molto silenzioso. La camera molto carina e comfortevole.
Non c'era nessun comfort come cestini o altro e gli asciugamani erano sporchi. Ma soprattutto nessuna risposta alla mail per accordarci per ritirare le chiavi o avvetire per eventuale ritardo, nessun contatto disponibile in caso di necessità o che guidasse alla casa o in caso di accordo.
Qualità prezzo ottima per la posizione e l'ambiente ma molto basic e pulizia non ottimale.

L unica cosa positiva è stata la posizione!
Tanto per iniziare il check in si deve fare obbligatoriamente dall altra parte della città ed esclusivamente dopo le 16:30. Pertanto davvero scomodo per chi arriva dopo un lungo viaggio. Il letto è molto molto scomodo, ci siamo spaccati la schiena, abbiamo dovuto dormire col materasso a terra. Il bagno poi è del tutto praticabile, doccia posizionata sul wc completamente a terra. Esperienza da non ripetere. Non si riesce a contattare la struttura. Sconsiglio
