Posizione strategica per visitare Perugia e dintorni. Presenza di due bagni e di due camere separate, super! Parcheggio nelle vicinanze ma non proprio, noi abbiamo avuto la fortuna di parcheggiare di fronte, solo il giorno in cui siamo arrivati poi sempre un po' più lontano.
Mancanza di tazzine per il caffè e qualche strofinaccio.

Vicinanza al centro, appartamento grande e parzialmente restaurato. La zona giorno e zone notte belle e spaziose. Pulizia
I bagni sono da sistemare/completare. Il parcheggio non c'è e bisogna essere fortunati a trovarlo lungo la via e non è gratuito ma a disco orario. Terrazzino inutilizzabile

La doccia è rotta/storta, il letto a castello, traballante, non era stato fatto. Alcune lenzuola sporche e bucate, in un paio di occasioni abbiamo avuto difficoltà ad aprile la porta blindata. Saremo stati sfortunati, ma era impossibile parcheggiare nelle vicinanze. Per andare in centro ci vogliono 20 minuti a piedi.
