Es una casa muy espaciosa y luminosa, muy cómoda te sientes como en casa, se puede aparcar. A 5m en coche del centro, todas las comodidades y personal muy atento
No funciona el wifi, la ubicación si no tienes coche o llegas por la noche en la zona boscosa es difícil, no tiene aire acondicionado

Pulizia, gentilezza host e qualità/prezzo.
Posizione non centralissima ma comunque possibilità di raggiungere il centro in pochi minuti di macchina.

Stefano met me at the train station and delivered me to the property where he did a quick run through and showed me some important aspects of the property. Very pleasant exchange.
I thought the property was closer to city center. This was my fault, but the bus stop was right outside the front door so very easy to get two and from main areas of town.

Posizione vicinissima al centro, ma occorre l'auto per arrivare al primo parcheggio vicino alle mura, la strada ha una pendenza notevole e a piedi è assolutamente da non fare! Perugia, come altre città italiane versa in uno stato di semi abbandono... la pulizia nelle periferie e nei parchi non c'è!
Purtroppo il caldo estremo delle estati attuali necessita a Perugia di aria condizionata per poter dormire bene, specie nei picchi (prima notte, la seconda si è dormito decisamente meglio). Nonostante ciò Stefano ci ha fornito di ventilatori che hanno fatto molto per noi.
