Fabulous location. Clean and modern. Lovely views. Comfortable beds.Pac-Man machine is a great addition - my teenager loved it! When mentioned to host that the apartment was too hot he immediately brought found a fan to help with the temperature.

WiFi terrible - there is 5G service so mobile phones work well, however the mobile hotspot simply does not work and needs replacing. We were there in a heatwave and despite having air con, the mezzanine level is still roasting hot and couldn’t be slept in. Coffee machine wasn’t working and leaked water when used. Cheap kettle takes forever to boil and limescale residue floats in drink - needs new kettle and coffee machine. Not enough comfortable seating for 4 people - settee will seat 3 adults but a fourth would need to sit on a hard plastic chair. Wasn’t a problem for my party of 3 but would have been an issue if there were 4 of us

Appartamento centralissimo e moderno, bagni davvero belli e materassi molto comodi. Ciliegina sulla torta, la presenza del cabinato.

Poca cura della pulizia, poca manutenzione generale... oscuranti delle finestre mancanti, manopola della doccetta del bagno della camera matrimoniale non funzionante, wifi inesistente (o almeno per noi, vista la totale indifferenza dell' host alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni sul funzionamento del router), assenza di un condizionatore o di una qualsiasi fonte di raffreddamento per la zona mansardata, dormire è risultato quasi impossibile per il calore presente in quella zona. Inoltre, macchinetta del caffè presente ma non funzionante, e bollitore inutilizzabile dalla presenza del calcare sulla resistenza. Peccato, bastarebbe qualche attenzione in più, perché l' appartamento è davvero bello.

Arredamento e la disposizione

La camera soppalco non si sentiva il rinfrescamento del condizionatore perché il freddo non sale ma resta a piano terra

The location was superb, close enough to centre yet in a calm, serene area. Spacious main bedroom. Showers available were good. Good supply of towels and toiletries. Having washing machine available was also a plus and our daughter loved the arcade game. Beautiful views to wake up to. Kitchen also well equipped.

WiFi connection was not stable and this affected when watching TV on streaming platforms and relying on mobile data for mobile devices. Otherwise normal TV channels worked fine (good choice available). Since we happened to be in Perugia during heatwave, upper bedroom couldn't be used cause of heat (being top floor directly under roof and no AC in area). Also wardrobe doesn't have space to hang clothes, but hangers were available. Suggesting also to include iron board and iron.
