The location is excellent, right in the heart of the lively city of Perugia, with shops, restaurants and public transport all within a few minutes walk. There are several interesting places to visit close by like Assisi, Spello and Lake Tresamino. All easily accessible by train. The loft is a unique apartment. It was very comfortable and warm, well-maintained and everything was of quality.

We had a comfortable stay in this stylish apartment, which fit perfectly with its historic and artistic neighborhood. Handy inside was a clothes washer, and outside a nearby grocery store. For us, being on the ground floor was a plus. It is easy walking distance to many sites and restaurants.
