We were lucky to have such a special place to stay in. Host was extremely helpful and even drove us to the bus station when we were leaving. Very relaxing and peaceful place. Bus stop right outside and easy to get to centre of Perugia and also to the train and bus station.

Maybe a toaster woul be nice to have.

Good location but rather for summer season

Sufficiently large space for two people, well equipped kitchen although there was no coffee machine, only caffettiera. Comfortable large bed and availability of wardrobes. We could also use a washing machine. Bathroom was also fine, although there was a low water pressure in the shower and clogged drain. Free internet access. The biggest advantage was physical location (close outskirts of Perugia) being a good base for exploring Umbria by car, and availability of free parking on place. Driving in Perugia downtown is challenging (many unidirectional, narrow and steep streets) and parkings are expensive (for 5.5h I paid 15 EUR!) hence we really appreciated a location. We never met main host Daniele in person, chatted only via Whatsapp. There were nice co-hosts available on place but they didn't speak English so we had to use translate app to somehow communicate each other.

We spent here few nights in first week of October. Weather was luckily sunny and temperature varied from 22 Celsius degrees during the day to 12 degrees in night. However, it was quite cold and humid inside the house, particularly in bedroom and bathroom. Heating system worked only for 90 minutes (7:30-9pm) certainly not warming up the space sufficiently. The owner claimed it's dictated by Italian law, but besides this home we stayed in other 4 places in Italy during our trip, where indoor temperature was more comfortable than here. There was a wood stove available in the main living room which we could use but it only heated that room alone. Most likely coolness of the house is highly appreciated in hot Umbrian summer season but in autumn it becomes a concern.

Perfect place for us.

The house was realy perfect. Lot of pivacy in and around the house in its beautiful environment.Center of Perugia nearby. Host very friendly and hospitable. We would like to stay there another time in future.

Lovely house with private parking in walking distance to Perugia centre

Lovely small house with a stove and all amenities including toiletries. Clean and comfortable with a lovely view and terrace. The owner Carmine and his wife are very nice and kind and they left us some small breakfast supplies for the first morning, which were much appreciated. They live in the house next door and are always ready to help if needed. Convenient location to Perugia centre if you're traveling by car since it has a private parking, and Perugia centre is only 20 minutes walking distance, or there is also public transport, or car parks in Perugia centre. Good value for money. Highly recommended!

Attractive and completely detached house close to Perugia

This attractive and completely detached house, together with a second holiday home and the home of the owners, is located on a spacious and enclosed site. Next to a busy road, but this is not a nuisance from the house. Decor is partly modern, partly very old-fashioned. But everything is in fine condition. There are a lot of plates, glasses and pans available. No dishwasher. Excellent wifi, small TV. Bed is comfortable as is the shower. Last but not least, The highlights of Umbria are nearby. It's beautiful capital Perugia of course, but also the Trasimeno lake, the Monti di Tezio nd Gubbio, Nice touch: A simple breakfast is provided for the first day.

The counter top is quite damaged.

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo

Posto tranquillo e strategico per visitare Perugia e l' Umbria.... La casa era pulita e anche molto calda, dispone di termo caloriferi che visto la stagione invernale alle porte sono stati fondamentali.... Dispone di tutte le comodità e i proprietari sono molto disponibili e cordiali... Consiglio!

Davvero un'oasi nel verde, pace assoluta

L'accoglienza è stata famigliare, Gioia e Carmine persone deliziose e sempre con il sorriso, ci hanno dato anche dei suggerimenti su cosa vedere durante il soggiorno, assieme a Davide. L'appartamento pulito, grande che ti dava modo di rilassarti sia dentro che fuori.

Qualche problema facilmente superabile con i rubinetti in bagno che fanno fatica a chiudersi e rischi di sprecare acqua
