The studio features a spacious, open layout with high ceilings and contemporary furnishings including a comfortable queen-sized bed, a convertible sleeper sofa with a comfy mattress topper, and a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area—perfect for preparing meals or enjoying takeout from nearby eateries. The modern bathroom features a large walk-in shower with premium finishes and all the essentials.
Enjoy the mountain views from the plentiful, large windows that let in an abundance of natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer, high speed Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, and private, free parking.

Occupancy of the unit is limited to three guests.
Guest Access:
You'll have access to the entire studio above our garage through a private entrance equipped with a digital lock (garage not available). We'll provide you with your unique four-digit code for the duration of your stay.
Other Things to Note:
For safety reasons, our home is not suitable for young children, as there is a steep, wide staircase that could be hazardous.
We do not allow large gear, including skis, snowboards and bicycles, inside the studio. This is a brand-new home, and unfortunately we’ve already had to make repairs due to damage caused by ski equipment. As such, the owner has requested that equipment be kept outside. You should be able to securely store everything in your vehicle, as we have excellent lighting and security cameras in the parking area. We appreciate your understanding!
