The location was good. It is a short walk to downtown and to the local grocery store. The apartment was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. It was a quiet area.
The whole apartment building had a student housing vibe. There was no mention in the description that the washer/dryers are in a shared laundry room and that you need an app to actually operate them. The A/C is a noisy window unit in the living room only so sleeping was difficult on a warm night even with two fans going. And the view out of the dining area window is of a building site where the workers start at around 6:30am. We did not have issues with noise but it was not a pleasant view.

This was a super convenient place to attend a Mines graduation from. The apartment had everything that we needed for the three days we were there. Both the bed and the couch, when used a bed, were very comfortable.
Cotton sheets would be much more comfortable than polyester, especially when it is warm weather.
I think it was a little expensive for Golden, and for the small apartment that it is.

The location is amazing! Walking distance to Golden, right across the street from a good burrito spot and near South Table Meza for quick hiking and biking excursions!
I’m a stickler about most things when I stay elsewhere, but this place exceeded my expectations! Seriously, ZERO complaints!
