This suite was immaculate! Check in process was easy, owner was very attentive and easy to communicate with. Jay checked in on us several times to make sure our stay was satisfactory. The room had everything you would need to cook a meal if you choose to and many items available if you happened to forget anything. If you are planning activities in Golden, it is walkable. Also a great place to stay as a hub if you are going to Estes Park or theColorado Springs area. Parking is onsite right in front of the door. Area felt very safe. I would highly recommend.

I have stayed in many VRBOs and this owner and property take SUPER HOST to a new level. The Golden Foothills Suite was PERFECT. Communication was exceptional. Host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Parking was easy. The Suite is exceptionally well organized and equipped. It had everything one might need. The place is immaculately clean. Bed was new. Excellent mattress. Check in /check out process was seamless. Bathroom was spotless and beautiful, well laid out and functional. Unit is EXTREMELY quiet. Building is no pets, no smoking. So there were NO ODORS. All in all it was and is perfection. SUPER HOST to the MAX at the Golden Foothills Suite. Jay is an outstanding host and he made sure my stay was flawless. THANK YOU so much!!

Due to an unexpected family issue, we weren’t able to make this trip, but the owner was exceptionally kind, responsive, and professional in working with us. We truly appreciate his compassion and look forward to staying in the condo in January.
