About this apartment rental
The house is comfortably furnished with new and historic decor. Sleeping accommodations include two queen beds, four twin-size beds, as well as a couch in the living room. We also have air mattresses available; just please let us know ahead of time if you`d like to use them so we can set them up for you!
Views include rim rocks of North Table Mountain, Historic Castle Rock of South Table Mountain, Lookout Mountain and overlooks the Coors Brewery. Natural-style landscaping create a restful, mountain-cabin atmosphere with easy access to all the modern and historical attractions of the former Gold Rush-era town center.
Occupancy of the unit is limited to four (4) unrelated persons.

Spend a few days, a week, or more as you discover Golden, Colorado, `Where the West Lives` Nestled at the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, Golden has something for everyone- nature walks, museums, shopping, skiing, mountain biking, kayaking, fly fishing, riverboarding, amusement park, farmers market, outdoor concerts, art festivals and more! Tours are available at the Coors Brewery as well as at numerous historic sites dating from pioneer days.
Golden is very walkable and bike friendly!
Failure to follow house rules (ie: no smoking, no pets, check out time, etc.) may result in extra fees or loss of security deposit.
Please be mindful of check-in and especially check-out times. If you are requesting early check-in or late check-out, do make sure to message us to see if this is possible. We will do our best to be accommodating, but communication is key.
Accessibility Note: Please be aware that there are stairs both outside and inside the home. The entrance requires climbing steps, and inside, two bedrooms are located upstairs while two are located downstairs
Starter supplies are provided; guests are responsible for their own paper/cleaning/toiletries after starter supplies run out.

We love animals but cannot host them here.Any pets brought without approval will result in a $500 fee.
Quiet hours
Quiet hours run 11pm to 7am.
No loud music, no disturbances, and no unauthorized gatherings. Registered guests only unless approved in advance.
Early check-in / late checkout

Cleanliness expectations
Treat the home with care.
Please tidy up spills, food, and major messes. Excessive cleaning or damage may result in additional charges.
Security and safety
Lock all doors and windows when leaving.
Only use appliances for their intended purposes.
Occupancy
Stay within the booking’s stated guest count.
No unregistered overnight guests without prior approval.
No tampering with systems
Do not disable or unplug connected devices (Wi-Fi equipment, smoke detectors, etc.).
Do not change HVAC settings beyond the normal range.
